RiRe Luxe Cushion Lip Paint

You didn’t think we were done with RiRe yet, did you? In case you didn’t know, RiRe has recently launched some new lippies and they’ve landed on Althea shores! This brand caught the attention of consumers after the explosion of their Lip Powders (the real innovative OG) and bestselling Lip Manicures, making RiRe a household name when it came to K-Beauty. RiRe proudly shows off their infamous, sleek black packaging that houses quality products to embody confidence and encourage experimentation when it comes to makeup and beauty. They were lovely enough to send over some of their Luxe Cushion Lip Paints and we couldn’t wait to try them out!

RiRe’s Luxe Cushion Lip Paints come in squeezable tubes that dispense product out the sponge or “cushion” tip. This allows for an even application on the lips and you can blend it out easily. The formula of these paints are super unique: they glide onto the lips effortlessly and look matte straight off the bat. It can be blended out but do bear in mind that these will set after awhile, so they will become smudgeproof and waterproof (kissproof?) after they dry down. However there is no tight feeling left on the lips and they don’t seep into the fine lines of the lips as well. As you wear them throughout the day, the lippies will fade to a longwearing and very vivid tint (this really surprised us too). Gorgeous as they are, there is no compromise on the amazing pigmentation and your lips will look great on all day. Now, onto the swatches!

These lippies are nothing short of gorgeous and offer an almost petal-like finish to the lips. If the formula of these are too drying for you, be sure to exfoliate away any dead skin and pop on a lip balm prior to wearing these. They do wear on for a long time, however if you're going to be out all day and night, it'd be best to bring the shade you're wearing to touch up just in case.
