LET'S BEGIN THE ALTHEA JOURNEY!

After placing an order on Althea, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Althea. Our fulfillment center in Seoul will then begin to pick and pack your order into Althea Box/Althea Air so your order will arrive safely and in good condition to you.

🎁All orders are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 95% of orders leave the warehouse within 5 business days of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case when we do not have something in stock, you will be refunded and notified through email.

The logistics company will pick-up your order from Althea and head to the Korea Airport. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail from Althea alerting that your order is shipped. At this stage, you will notice your order status as "fulfilled" meaning it has been processed and shipped out of Korea.

You may check the status of your parcel through the tracking number on your order history to see where it would be. Do be patient at this stage as your parcel could still be in transit or undergoing custom and security checks before it can leave for the local delivery hub. 

Once it arrived at your local delivery hub, it will be assigned to a local delivery company and be on its way to you! After receiving your order, your order status in your account will be updated as "successful/completed". For customers who opt for the Cash-On-Delivery method (COD), this would mean you can now place another COD order after this status update.

"Unsuccessful Delivery" or "Failed Delivery" may mean delivery is affected by unforeseen /uncontrolled factors such as the weather, traffic, holidays, or pandemic.  Please allow the courier to attempt delivery again soon.

The entire Althea Journey takes up to 15 working days from Korea (excluding weekends/public holidays). However, for the USA / Global here are the estimated delivery days:

USA
a) Express Mail Service (EMS) : 3 - 7 business days
b) Registered Airmail: 10 - 30 business days

Other countries (EMS/Registered Airmail)
Shipping estimation will be reflected at the checkout page depending on the shipping method you chose. During pandemic times, slight delays may occur due to stricter custom clearance and checks.

🚨 Please note delays may be affected by customs clearance and/or uncontrollable factors such as during a pandemic, weather, and public holidays.
