Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent copywriting on online and offline content in traditional Mandarin language. 
  • Create, propose, manage and monitor the content of Althea social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, etc.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing marketing and promotional activities in all Althea social media channels
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal  format, and build and maintain relationships
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Assist head of the department and/or manager
  • Liaise with other departments relevant to the growth of Althea

  • At least a Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Event Management, and/or Marketing
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in a related field
  • Ability to communicate in the English Language
  • Ability to read and write in traditional Mandarin language is compulsory
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants
  • Strong writing skills are crucial, both formally and creatively
  • Passionate user of social media especially Facebook, Twitter or Instagram
  • Knowledge of intermediate in Microsoft Application, and administrate Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram is a must

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Althea Korea's Blogger community
  • Managing Althea Ambassador's program and/or influencer programs
  • Building relationships with influencers, bloggers and/or media across social media platforms
  • Developing and implementing blogger relations strategy
  • Creating meaningful conversations for Althea Korea on social media
  • Preparing and distributing Press Releases to media
  • Organising events, activities, interviews relevant to the growth of Althea Beauty
  • Assist the Head of Creative Communications and/or liaise with other departments relevant to the growth of Althea

  • At least a Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, and/or equivalent
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of work experience in the related field
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and bloggers, communities, and/or influencer network
  • Strong writing skills are crucial, both formally and creatively
  • Possess social and networking skills relevant to the industry


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide solutions, develop and maintain websites, and other related internal and external activities in the areas of :
  • Payment processing (both check-out and backend)
  • Serving websites and mobile apps to large audience (high concurrency)
  • Various marketing tools
  • Mass data handling and validation
  • Shipping and logistics
  • One (1) to three (3) years of work experience in web development.
  • Knowledge/experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and React Native, PHP, MySQL or other related database design
  • Familiar with Linux environment
  • Experience in Magento (or any other ecommerce platform such as WooCommerce, OpenCart, etc) is highly preferred
  • Understand current web development standards and software development paradigms
  • Good command of English communication skills - both written and spoken

The UI/UX Lead Designer plays a key role in developing customer experiences through wireframes and prototypes, and will be the advocate and hands on leader for conducting user research to inform design decisions and measure the usability and effectiveness of each iteration. This role is perfect for the individual who is passionate about developing and iterating on great customer experiences, appreciate working in a collaborative environments, and have an understanding of web development and an interest in the competitive landscape of ecommerce and flash sale businesses. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered research and design methodologies is a must.

  • Work with product managers, end-users, and leadership to deeply understand the problems a new feature, A/B test or site update are intended to solve
  • Create prototypes and proofs of concept to explore design ideas, support usability testing and obtain buy-in
  • Plan and conduct user research, including surveys, interviews and usability tests to measure user reactions and uncover customer pain points
  • Work iteratively with agile development teams to deliver a user experience that’s within scope and technically feasible
  • Research technology and interaction design trends to make recommendations that balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities
  • Act as the customer advocate, creating innovative design solutions that support user needs and builds engagement and trust in our products
  • Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and team members

  • Three (3) + years of UX, User Interface design or related experience for the web
  • Outstanding portfolio of personas, customer journeys, prototypes, user flows, site maps or related UX artifacts
  • Proficient in tools for the creation of proof of concept designs and prototypes
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and user experience best practices
  • Experience in conducting customer research, including contextual inquiry and usability testing
  • Innovative and creative problem solver

The Content Designer will serve as a key contributor in implementing digital marketing strategies to support our primary direct-to-consumer channel. This role will collaborate with the marketing and editorial team to deliver timely digital content that adheres to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seek to understand and influence target audiences for a premium cosmetics brand
  • Thorough understanding of graphic design, typography, and digital standards
  • Create graphics for a variety of digital needs, including but not limited to email, digital advertising, lookbooks, and website elements
  • Edit product photography as needed
  • Proactively resolve roadblocks to keep projects on schedule
  • Work collaboratively on projects with other team members and incorporate constructive feedback into creative elements
  • Design digital elements with a focus on usability across multiple platforms
  • Translate business requirements into wireframes and mock-ups
  • Analyse industry trends to develop concepts and layouts that are brand consistent while pushing creative boundaries to improve presentation
  • One (1) to three(3) years of work experience in website design and/or interactive media
  • Ability to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skill
  • Need to be detail-oriented and yet collaborate effectively with a team
  • Understanding of print media and colour matching across mediums
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Light copywriting skills is a plus
