We are looking for a performance-marketing expert who is fluent in SEM and / or Facebook
marketing. Working experience / language skills in the various markets that we operate in is a plus.

  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per- acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Stay up-to- date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid
    search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
    Pinterest, etc…), and affiliate platforms (iPrice, Shopback, etc…)
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.

  • Strategy: support the local execution of the global Communications and PR strategy, which is primarily focused on consumer PR but also includes efforts in trade and corporate PR;
  • Press office management, answer daily media or influencers inquiries, identify interesting journalists, monitor all coverage and fill-in reports, develop a strong network of journalists for the brand (beauty, lifestyle, corporate);
  • Outreach: distribute and pitch all press releases to the relevant media targets with the objectives of maximising results;
  • Content ideas and localisation: create the content with local information and work with our content writers to find new creative angles for journalists and influencers.
  • Successfully completed your studies in the field of communication or social sciences or journalism and
    already has 2 to 4 years of work experience in PR or Communications in a similar role
  • PR agency work experience preferred
  • Experienced in managing beauty and corporate media
  • A keen understanding of the media and the news cycle with proven success achieving coverage
  • A good understanding of the main digital platforms
  • Strong organization skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with or at technology, internet, digital or e-commerce brands


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the superior in managing Althea Korea's Blogger community and the Althea
    Ambassador's programmes and/or influencer programmes
  • Assist the superior in managing the communication in building relationships with influencers, bloggers and/or media across social media platforms 
  • Provide assistance in the implementation of the blogger relations strategy
  • Assist in creating meaningful conversations for Althea Korea on social media
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of Press Releases to media
  • Assist in organising events, activities, interviews relevant to the growth of Althea Beauty
  • Assist the superior and/or liaise with other departments relevant to the growth of Althea
  • At least a Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, and/or equivalent
  • Min. One (1) year experience of work experience in the related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and bloggers, communities, and/or influencer network
  • Strong writing skills are crucial, both formally and creatively
  • Possess social and networking skills relevant to the industry
  • Fresh graduate with great interpersonal communication skills welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide solutions, develop and maintain websites, and other related internal and external activities in the areas of :
  • Payment processing (both check-out and backend)
  • Serving websites and mobile apps to large audience (high concurrency)
  • Various marketing tools
  • Mass data handling and validation
  • Shipping and logistics
  • One (1) to three (3) years of work experience in web development.
  • Knowledge/experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and React Native, PHP, MySQL or other related database design
  • Familiar with Linux environment
  • Experience in Magento (or any other ecommerce platform such as WooCommerce, OpenCart, etc) is highly preferred
  • Understand current web development standards and software development paradigms

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

Desired Skills
  • Familiar with banner creation (using Adobe Photoshop etc) – Must
  • Familiarity with Excel is an added advantage

The position is available from March to June 2018.  This position is open to local and international students.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Copywriting on online and offline content in the English language. Any other language is an advantage
  • Create, propose, manage and monitor the content of Althea social media platforms such as Facebook,
    Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, etc.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing marketing and promotional activities in all Althea social media
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and
    maintain relationships
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Assist head of the department and/or manager 
  • Candidate studying in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Event Management, and/or Marketing
  • Ability to communicate in the English Language
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants
  • Strong writing skills are crucial, both formally and creatively
  • Passionate user of social media especially Facebook, Twitter or Instagram
