Comment Policy


Althea reserves the right to moderate all comments posted and/or directed to us in a personal message or direct message on Facebook, Blog, and Instagram. We expect our fans to be courteous to one another and mindful of what you post.

Should fans seek assistance from us besides the official customer service channel at help@althea.kr, we asked that you be courteous and cooperative so we may assist you as soon as we are able to. We reserve the right to ban and/or block person(s) abusing the comment policy either directly or indirectly publicly or via personal or direct messaging with Althea.

Comments or messages that do not comply with our commenting policy will be removed. Comments with advertising links or personal links may be edited or removed. We will delete comments containing the following:
  • spam or off-topic comments;
  • comments that contain vulgar,  personal attacks, or offensive terms;
  • hate speech directed at race, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, religion, disability;
  • threats, insults, defamatory statements;
  • sales pitches, promotions, endorse services or products;
  • comments that contain clearly misleading or false information;
  • comments that contain personal information, like home addresses.

Comments submitted to our social channels become part of the public domain. Do not share personal information to protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Users who repeatedly post inappropriate content and/or comments may be reported and banned from the social media channel.

If you have inquiries regarding your orders, kindly direct them to the official customer service channel at help@althea.kr during business hours Mon - Fri 9.30am - 6.30pm. Responses will take up to 48 hours.
