Althea DIY Rainbow Card

Althea's DIY Rainbow Card

Today we want to take the time to share a bit more about our #AltheaTurns5 birthday celebration. If you have seen the birthday page on www.althea.kr then you know how cute these limited edition boxes are. Every year our birthday boxes are extremely popular and highly sought after! But this year has been challenging and times are hard, so we decided to dedicate our birthday to help cheer everyone up 🌈

We put our thinking hats on and came up with an idea to spread the rainbow of hope through a cheerful positive Rainbow Box and DIY Rainbow Card.

With each qualifying order made from 29th June onwards, your haul will come in the cutest box ever complete with your very own rainbow at home. The rainbow which is the DIY Rainbow Card comes in A6 paper where you can do-it-yourself by cutting and popping the rainbow out. While stocks last.

What do you mean by qualifying orders?
At Althea, there are two types of packing options. The first is the iconic Althea pink box which comes in three sizes (s, m, and l). The second is the Althea Air which is a protective air bubble pack for single or lesser order items that don't fit the box but needs to be protected from damage during transit.

Orders shipped from Korea to anywhere in the world that Althea covers, must arrive in acceptable conditions so we make sure your orders fit either in the box or the Althea Air. If you get the Althea Air, do know that the air inside is from Korea!

be creative, this is your special rainbow

spread the magic with this rainbow card

We know you love a DIY but here's the catch! We're leaving this up to your imagination to make this your very own rainbow. You can be creative and make it into a wall decoration, a hanging "rainbow catcher", a badge to wear proudly, or as a message or greeting card to cheer someone up (just pop it into an envelope or directly into the mailbox).

How to Do Lip Gradation

1.  FIRST, Nourish your lip with lip balm

Tips!
If you have dry, chapped lip, the gradation won't look pretty on your lip due to flakes and will crease in wrinkles. So apply lip balm before you go to bed or before starting makeup

2. Using lip concealer, make pale lip. This lip concealer does not crease and is moistful.

3. I'd like to apply concealer once more on the outer line of my lip to make more dramatic lip gradation.

4. Using your favorite lip color, apply it only in the inner part of the lip. Then, blend gently using Q-tips to smudge out the harsh lines.

Tips!
Just smudge and blend the lines, not the inner part of your lip. Please Choose lip color that is vivid and bold since lighter color tint won't work well.

5. I applied another vivid lip tint on the inner part of the lip to make gradation more noticeable! Hot Pink!

Here is what it looks like! I also tried taking pictures under the yellow-warm light :D
